Welcome

This site is a directory of student blogs for the Journalism class at Martin Van Buren High School. The students have all been assigned to create topic-based blogs with bi-weekly entries as a way of writing for a broader, faceless audience, and as a way of learning to write critically about their world.  This project will also hopefully introduce students to writing for social media and emerge them its processes and implications.  Below are links and descriptions for each student blog. Feel free to comment on the blogs and follow the individual student blogs if you like what you read. The bigger the audience, the more genuine the learning experience will be for the students.
